Cruz was able to find me an affordable deal for financing and was very patient, personable, and kind while trying to get me the best deal. I had seen such positive reviews that I drove over an hour there to look at a car. I see why this place has such a good reputation!
When I was driving my car back the tire pressure light came on- I filled the tires with air but the light was still on right after so I texted them. They texted me back quickly with some advice saying it probably just takes a couple minutes to register the new pressure. They were right and shortly the light went away. I’ve had no trouble since! The car already came with registration so that was also super nice that once buying you don’t have to worry about going to the dmv. I appreciate them so much and I love my new pink car!

My car just rolled off the transport truck today and I can honestly say that this has been my BEST car buying experience EVER!! And I’m two states away from Oswego Motors!!
Jared was the ultimate knowledge provider on my orange dream car. Not a salesman, but a VERY thorough knowledge provider. Being out of state, I had to rely on him to share all the details about the car. He readily agreed to take multiple additional pics for me…every single thing that I asked for. He sent pics from underneath the car, the car outside in the sun, a slow detailed walk around video, the engine, and even a video of the engine on a cold start. Just amazing response time and willingness to provide what I needed to be certain.
I saw a scratch on the car (10 yrs old…to be expected) and asked him to take a close up pic. He proceeded to send me pics of every little scratch or scuff mark he could find on the car. He didn’t have to do that but he knew I couldn’t be there in person.
Then, he agreed to take the car to a Toyota dealer for an independent inspection that I wanted to pay for…to be sure since I couldn’t look in person. They drove it to a dealer 40 mins away and what a lucky day that was for me when Toyota called to say what I hoped for…the car really was as great as it appeared.
Jared went above and beyond through the whole process. When my financing stalled bc of an out of state issue with the credit union, Jared pulled my car back inside to keep it safe and clean while Cruz worked with me to finance through them…overnighting me paperwork and providing a label for overnight shipping back to them. The next day it was mine and Cruz arranged transport right away for delivery on the exact day that I requested.
You cannot go wrong working with this team. I was comparing this car to the same car on another national site…same year with 30k less miles, and went with the car from Oswego instead because they truly respected me, cared about and earned my trust and my business!
